Please contact by phone so we can figure out why you are not able to cancel online. Two of the most common reasons the green cancel membership isn't shown is: 1. If you signed up through an app (i.e. Roku, AppleTV, Amazon FireTV, Android or iOS mobile app), we are unable to manage your subscription. The account must be cancelled through the app you signed up on. 2.
