I just updated my payment information, but it still says there is a problem. What do I need to do?

We moved payment gateways in January 2019 to better serve our customers. Most customers were able to be converted and when you update your payment information it will automatically give you access again. If this is not the case with your account, and you updated your billing information but are still getting an error message, please contact our support team at email@example.com or call us at 800-548-4647 9am-5pm MST. They will be able to verify the updated information and get the issue resolved right away for you.
